i.Who builds the homes?+
Cortes Building Group — our sister company. Twelve years of foundations poured across Fairfield County. Family-run. License NHC.0015379 and HIC.0639953.
ii.Can I visit Casa UNO?+
By appointment. We host quietly, in person, with time. Email [email protected] with a date that works and we will write back.
iii.Where will the next Casa be built?+
Casa DOS opens Spring 2027. Connecticut. Location closer to launch — we are choosing the parcel with the same patience we choose the materials.
iv.Do you build for clients, or only spec?+
Both. Today the focus is the trilogy — Casa UNO, DOS, TRES. Custom commissions resume after Casa TRES. Cortes Building Group continues to take client projects in parallel.
v.What is the design language?+
Quiet modern colonial. Heavy materials, light proportions, slow craft. Stone and wood that age. Rooms that wait for you. Light handled like it costs money.
vi.Are you hiring?+
Always. Framers, finishers, masons, drone pilots, project leads, apprentices. See /hiring/.
