More Life

Capital aligned with legacy.

For partners considering the trilogy, the holding, or the next chapter — we are ready to be met where decisions are made.

— How we think

At More Life, we are capital allocators.

We design and administrate the businesses, then allocate the capital — to design, build, and sell the homes themselves: modern luxury between $2M and $15M.

— A note from Jay · Capital alignment

"We're here, we're growing — and this is how we align, administrate, and allocate capital. Every dollar deployed into More Life lands in a portfolio that's already moving — homes built, sold, and lived in. Future capital doesn't arrive at a pitch; it arrives at a working machine."

— Jay Cortes, Founder

Our management packets — the operating documents we run internally — are available on request. They show the deal-flow cadence, the underwriting frame, and the OS we use to move capital from intake to deployment to return. Capital partners see what we see, on the same page we read it.

— The Architecture

Two brands.
Four entities.
One family at the top.

Cortes Building Group is the founders' vehicle — owned only by Jay, Sandra, and Edwin Cortes. Each operating entity has its own partners. None of them leak across.

— How We Work

Three things you should know before you write.

i.

We respond personally, not promptly.

Notes reach us through [email protected] directly. We respond in writing, usually within a week. No automated funnels. No follow-up sequences. One human writing to another.

ii.

We do not list. We invite.

Casa DOS is not on the MLS. Casa TRES has not been priced publicly. Cortes Excavation never ran a raise. Conversations begin before any of these are made available — that's the only way they happen.

iii.

The architecture is intentional.

Cortes investors stay in Cortes. More Life investors stay in More Life. The holding stays clean — capital enters the right entity by design, the formal structure drawn under counsel.

— For capital · a short diligence

What gets you comfortable?

Where decisions are made.

A short note is enough — your name, your interest, the conversation you want to have. "We don't sell homes. We hand you the years it took to make one." — Jay
