Casa DOS is not on the MLS. Casa TRES has not been priced publicly. Cortes Excavation has not been founded. Conversations begin before any of these are made available — that's the only way they happen.

The architecture is intentional.

Cortes investors stay in Cortes. More Life investors stay in More Life. The holding stays clean. We have an attorney working on the formal structure — capital comes into the right entity, by design.
