More Life
— Legal · Responsibility

Who stands behind
your home.

A home is the largest thing most people buy. You should know exactly who is responsible for it — by name, by entity, by license.

Begin
— The short answer

Two entities.
One family.

More Life Development Group LLC is the developer of record. Cortes Construction LLC is the licensed builder. Both are held by the same family — beneath one holding group — and both stand behind every home.

— The developer

More Life Development Group, LLC.

The entity that develops the trilogy — Casa UNO, DOS, and TRES. A Connecticut limited liability company, held by the Cortes family itself.

Filed with the Connecticut Secretary of State on June 4, 2026 — Active and Current. Filing ID US-CT.BER:3451359.

— The builder

Cortes Construction, LLC.

The licensed general contractor that builds the homes — twelve years of foundations across Fairfield County. Licensed in Connecticut: New Home Contractor NHC.0015379 · Home Improvement HIC.0639953.

When you buy a More Life home, a licensed builder stands behind it — not a marketing name.

— The holding structure

Cortes Building Group. Above all.

Above both companies sits Cortes Building Group — the family's holding company, designed to hold More Life Development and Cortes Construction under one roof.

It is being formalized now and filed with the State soon. We name it here, before the ink — because the structure is already how we operate: one family, accountable from the foundation to the deed.

— Who is responsible

Both of us. Together.

The developer delivers the home; the builder warrants the work. The two are bound — joint responsibility — so you always know exactly who to call.

Every home we have raised since 2014 still stands — still owned by someone who can reach us.

— In plain terms

What we are not.

Not a one-person LLC dressed up as a development company. Both entities have multiple members, real assets, real insurance, and a real Connecticut track record.

Not a paper builder-of-record built to dissolve after closing and dodge warranty exposure. Both entities stay continuously active, file annual reports, and keep insurance and licensing current.

Not a wholesale-flipper arrangement. On a More Life home the deed is conveyed directly from the entity that developed it — built by the family that has poured the foundations since 2014.
