"The trilogy continues. She sits at the edge of the earth."
"La trilogía continúa. Ella se sienta al borde de la tierra."
Casa DOS picks up where Casa UNO left off — but turns her body toward the horizon. Where UNO holds the colonial form in conversation with light, DOS releases that form to the open coast. The same family of decisions; a different room of the world.
She is rising now. The work is mid-frame. We are not in a hurry to finish her, and she is not in a hurry to be finished.
The turn of the trilogy.
If Casa UNO begins the arc, Casa DOS bends it. The first home was a single voice. The second is the moment we hear that voice call back to itself, in a different room, against a different sky. Builders call this the second movement. We call it Tiempó in motion — time becoming form.
Casa DOS will be photographed slowly through 2026, the same way Casa UNO was — without urgency, without pretense. The Field Notes will hold a chapter of her every season until she is finished.
For pre-completion inquiries.
Casa DOS is open for early conversations — owners considering the home, capital partners interested in the trilogy as a whole, or realtors with the right buyer at the right moment. We do not list her. We respond, in writing, in our own time.
